Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer.
We ship using trusted carriers with tracked services. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships so you can follow its progress from dispatch to delivery.
All orders are packaged securely and discreetly to protect the contents in transit and to maintain your privacy. Products are cushioned and sealed to arrive intact.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier’s current service levels. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is in the carrier’s control.
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will help track any delayed package where possible.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist. We are not liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier or stolen after delivery.
