We want you to be confident in every order. Because of the sensitive, research-grade nature of our products, the following policy applies to refunds and returns.
Our products are research compounds whose integrity depends on proper storage and handling. For safety and quality reasons, we are generally unable to accept returns of products once they have left our facility, as we cannot verify how they have been stored or handled after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Opened, used, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return or refund. Bacteriostatic water and consumable supplies are also non-returnable once shipped.
To start a request, email us at support@immortalamino.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photos where relevant. Our team will respond with the next steps.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order that has not yet been processed or shipped; once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
